Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Country Closet. We take pride in hand-selecting quality Western wear for your family and ensuring it reaches your doorstep safely.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at an additional cost).
  • Local Pickup: If you are in the Palestine, TX area, we offer free local pickup! Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we will contact you when your order is ready.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Issues

The Country Closet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
